The hotel location is the real highlight, just a few minutes away from Deira City Center Mall and the metro station, making it super convenient. The room cleanliness was a letdown initially, but after a rusty bathtub issue, we got upgraded to a more suitable and clean room. The dining options were varied and satisfying, and the service was top-notch. However, the small room size might not be ideal for some travelers.

The rooms were a bit disappointing with a disgusting smell, but thanks to Mr Waleed's quick response, I managed to get a room with a very attractive fragrance.
